Not only will you learn a protocol that offers excellent results for the skin with added modalities, but an impressive experience for your clients, and with smooth transitions. I demonstrate and verbalize my signature protocol in detail, but more importantly the "unspoken" details that will have some clients unable to describe why you are so good, but that you JUST ARE. For many years, my clients have told me "it's by far the best facial they've ever had!" One client referred to her facial as "A wild and wonderful ride" which sums it up.

There will be a model/models, Estheticians observe, take notes and will have hands-on time on the model with critiquing and guidance. There is always room for questions, this is a learning environment.

In this workshop I will teach successful terminology on how to confidently and professionally recommend anti-aging home care for your clients. Also,you will learn advanced ingredient knowledge, where to place certain products in the home care routine, not overwhelm your clients with too many and not underwhelm them either. Give yourself a raise from retail sales and do your clients a favor by enhancing their home care! I will take into consideration the product lines that you carry and customize recommendations.
